Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a MRB/MAP stress specialist to support aircraft programs, performing static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses within a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves investigating non-conformances, evaluating deviations, and producing engineering dispositions with references to standards and drawings. You will collaborate across sites and mentor new MRB candidates while growing expertise in aerospace structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aeronautical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years MRB/MAP experience in commercial/business aircraft OR 8 years design experience in Aerospace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in mechanics of material, stress analysis and composite materials.
• Willingness to obtain MRB delegation after on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Investigate non-conformances reported by the Quality group.
• Evaluate manufacturing deviation and its effect within the assembly.
• Create engineering dispositions with drawings and standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with Stress, Manufacturing and Production, and Aerodynamics specialists.
• Coordinate with MAP offices (Spain, Mexico, India) to address client requirements.
• Mentor MRB candidates during on-the-job training.
