Job summary

Realm is seeking an A/V Technician in Norwalk, CT or on the road to install and service a range of AV hardware, TVs, speakers, video extenders, amplifiers, shades, and low voltage cabling while ensuring reliable operation. You’ll diagnose and troubleshoot issues, learn new skills, and work with brands like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control4 and Universal Remote.

Valid driver’s license and a detail‑oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of major AV brands (Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control4).
• Proven track record in AV integration and installation support.

Responsibilities

• Install a range of hardware including TVs, speakers, extenders, and amplifiers.
• Maintain shades installations and low voltage cabling (CAT5/6, fiber, coax).
• Test, troubleshoot and diagnose AV systems and related networks.
• Continually learn new skills in the evolving AV landscape.
