As an A/V Service Technician, you will install and service a range of hardware, including TVs, speakers, extenders, and amplifiers, and maintain shades.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AV service experience.
• Experience installing high-fidelity audio equipment.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with major brands and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and service a range of AV hardware including TVs, speakers, extenders, and amplifiers.
• Perform skilled installation and maintenance of shades.
• Utilize diagnostics to solve technical issues.
• Continually learn and master new AV skills.

What You’ll Do

As an A/V Service Technician at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Installing and servicing a range of hardware equipment, including but not limited to TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.

Skilled installation and maintenance of shades.

Utilizing your excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues.

Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience preferred.

Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control 4 and Universal Remote.

Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.

A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience in installing high-fidelity (HiFi) audio equipment.

A track record of successful integration and installation support.

Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour

Paid Time O ff : 13 PTO days (plus +1 day per year of employment)

Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays
