Job summary

Crissair, Inc. in Santa Clarita, CA, is seeking an A&T technician to perform all A&T operations within the department, test completed assemblies per ATP, and reference technical drawings and written instructions. Reassembly or rework of rejected parts is required.

The role requires reading gauges and logging data to ATP standards, operating micro-laser weld machines, drilling, and maintaining tool safety. Strong attention to quality is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years related experience.
• Preferred: Hydraulic Principles certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up tests as required.
• Drill parts using micro-drills and lathes.
• Read pressure gauges and log data per ATP requirements.
• Swedge noses to form 37° and 45°.
• Lock-wire and torque seal parts.
• Follow dispatch reports and supervisor directions.
• Maintain accurate parts and counts for each job.
• Install internal components using fixtures.
• Identify causes for test failures and suggest corrective action.
