Job summary

You will operate a manual lathe or drill, deburr parts, perform inspections, and keep accurate paperwork and ERP records. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and the ability to read drawings, use measurement tools, and work with hydraulic system components.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience or training.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken; ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write in simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble manifold assemblies per blueprint requirements with minimal supervision.
• Identify non-conforming parts and rework per instructions.
• Assist in training and provide technical guidance to potential new machinists.
• Set up and operate a manual lathe and drill for manifold production.
• Maintain accurate parts counts and dispatch records and document lean improvements.
