Job Title: A/R MANAGER
  • Location: Parks Dallas Xtract - 1421 MacArthur Drive, Carrollton, TX 75007. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Requirement: Previous management experience required; collections experience is a plus.

Job Summary

Summary: As an Office Manager, you will coordinate all business unit accounting activities, maintain cash control, handle payroll including Living Wage Ordinance compliance, manage accounts payable and receivable, perform profit and loss reconciliations, and administer human resources and benefits. You will also support routine office duties, coordinate associate events, prepare business reports, and manage systems like POS, camera, and digital signage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and organize office operations and procedures including bookkeeping, payroll, personnel management, and clerical services.
  2. Maximize office productivity through proficiency in software applications.
  3. Research and develop resources for efficient workflow.
  4. Establish correspondence procedures and style practices.
  5. Develop records retention, protection, retrieval, and disposal procedures.
  6. Plan office layout, develop budget, and initiate cost reduction programs.
  7. Ensure accuracy and completeness of clerical and personnel records.
  8. Prepare activity reports for management.
  9. Coordinate activities of clerical departments or staff.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of administrative and clerical experience in an office, hotel, or corporate environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use.
