Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Program Lead A&P Mechanic (EC145) in Allentown, PA for the St Luke's University Hospital program. The role oversees AMTs, coordinates maintenance planning and ensures compliance with FAA regulations and Metro policies.

The position supports after-hours maintenance management and requires strong leadership, coordination with the Regional Maintenance Manager, and effective communication with the Program Manager and customers.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
Inspection Authorization and/or FAR 135 experience a plus.
Must possess a minimum of five (5) years experience with turbine powered rotorcraft or airplane experience.
Must possess a minimum of five (5) years experience as a subject matter expert in Part 135 operations.

Responsibilities

Provide planning, management and oversight of the maintenance organization within the assigned program.
Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with Airworthiness Standards and company policies.
Oversee maintenance activities including overhaul, modifications, maintenance and repair of airframe, rotors, engines and appliances.
Coordinate new base startups and participate in initial training of AMTs.
Promote professional development of the AMTs.
