Job summary

Metro Aviation, Inc. seeks an A&P Program Lead Mechanic (EC145) in Allentown, PA for the St Luke's University Hospital program. Includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 retention bonus.

Full‑time role guiding AMTs, ensuring maintenance per FAA and Metro policies, with focus on reliability and safety. The Program Lead will supervise maintenance activities, coordinate planning, and interface with customers and management to maintain aircraft readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
• IA and/or FAR 135 experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of turbine rotorcraft or airplane experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a subject matter expert in Part 135 operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AMTs on the program and provide oversight of maintenance activities.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedule for daily, short-term and long-term activities.
• Ensure maintenance complies with Airworthiness Standards and company procedures.
• Record all maintenance actions in the aircraft logbook and work orders.
• Coordinate base startups and initial AMT training.
• Manage calibrations of tools and equipment for the program.
