Job summary

Learjet Inc in Windsor Locks, CT is seeking a Lead Technician, Avionics/Electronics and Modifications for the Evening Shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, inspect and modify avionics and electrical systems on aircraft, and ensure work is documented per manuals and regulations.

Ideal candidates have extensive avionics experience, leadership ability, and experience with Bombardier aircraft models, with SAP-driven service orders and safety compliance as priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years avionics work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
• 2+ years corporate/commercial jet experience.
• 1 year Bombardier aircraft model experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment.
• Lead and coach other technicians; train team members as needed.
• Create and manage service orders with SAP or applicable OS.
• Perform work per manuals and regulations and document results.
