Job summary

Textron Aviation in Idaho Falls is seeking an experienced A&P Mobile Service Technician to perform maintenance on customer aircraft and diagnose mechanical issues in the field. You will coordinate with the MST Lead Mechanic and customers to review work scope and communicate effectively to assure customer satisfaction.

This role requires an active A&P license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 3+ years of diversified jet/turboprop experience; 1–2 years on Cessna, Hawker, or Beechcraft is

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• A&P license required.
• Minimum 3 years’ diversified jet/turboprop/piston experience with A&P.
• Preferred 1–2 years on Cessna/Hawker/Beechcraft aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems and components.
• Coordinate with MST Lead Mechanic and Customer on work scope and squawks.
• Order and obtain parts and ensure cores are returned per procedure.
• Maintain accurate written reports and logs per FAR requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and safe working conditions.
