Job summary

MROH in California is seeking qualified aircraft maintenance personnel to perform tasks per approved ratings and manuals. You will ensure timely completion of tasks, accurate documentation, and proper tool handling within a dynamic shop environment.

Applicants should hold an A&P certificate and have at least three years of verifiable transport-category aircraft maintenance experience, with the ability to read manuals and follow safety procedures in a team setting.

Qualifications

• A&P certificate is required.
• Three years of documented maintenance on transport category aircraft.
• Ability to read and apply maintenance manuals and engineering orders.
• Must be able to work shifts and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Proper and timely completion of tasks in accordance with the Repair Stations approved ratings and the policies and procedures set forth in the manual.
• Proper completion of all paperwork related to the assigned task.
• Provide information to the Lead Mechanic for shift turnovers, and entering the information on the NSA-MF-22 form in the absence of the Lead Mechanic.
• Notify Inspection when task requires, or becomes an RII action.
• Segregate and identify upon removal all repair station/customer components.
• Possess and maintain an adequate number and quality of tools necessary to perform assigned tasks.
• Ensure all tools are accounted for and/or returned to the tool room at shift’s end.
• Performance of assigned tasks in accordance with job cards, engineering orders, maintenance manuals and other approved documents.
• Understand and apply the chapters and sections of the manual that apply to his or her position.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
