Antramo in Sunnyvale, CA seeks an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in systems integration for R&D flight vehicles. You will organize, plan, and execute integration of subsystems and provide flight operational support as needed.

The role requires 4+ years in systems integration, an FAA A&P license, and a track record in coordinating installation teams while adhering to FAA guidelines. You will work with engineers and pilots to ensure safe, reliable system integration.

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license required.
• 4+ years in systems integration on advanced R&D flight vehicles.
• Subystem troubleshooting in fuel, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience leading installation teams.
• Compliant with safety policies and procedures.
• Familiar with Google Suite and basic tech tools.
• DOT driver’s license ability required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating, planning, and performing systems integration on the flight vehicle per engineering data and FAA guidelines.
• Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining subsystems including fuel, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Providing feedback to engineering on installation plans.
• Leading and coordinating small installation teams.
• Using drawings and schematics to complete work when manuals unavailable.
• Maintaining maintenance records per FAA regulations.
• Participating in line maintenance during flight operations.
• Managing spare parts, consumables, and tool control.
• Maintaining maintenance equipment and hydraulic power packs.
