Job summary

General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI) seeks an experienced aircraft maintenance specialist. Under supervision, you will perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and provide flight line and ground support. Develop procedures and train junior A&P specialists while coordinating asset availability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in aircraft maintenance, a high school diploma, and possibly an FAA A&P license. Travel may be required; security clearance is a consideration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years of aircraft mechanical maintenance experience.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervision in enforcing policies and procedures.
• Provide training and oversight to junior A&P specialists.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and powerplant components.
• Inspect powerplant and related components per procedures and THORs.
• Review aircraft records for maintenance completeness and compliance.
