Job summary

STS Aviation Group is hiring A&P Mechanics in Phoenix, Arizona, to support daily aircraft maintenance operations. The position requires a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License and strong troubleshooting skills.

A&P Mechanics will ensure aircraft airworthiness and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced aviation environment. Competitive pay ranges between $32 and $40 per hour, with full-time positions offering PTO, health insurance, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Must have basic to mid-level computer and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with field airlines and flight crews.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair aircraft airframes and engines.
• Follow maintenance manuals and other technical documentation.
