Job summary

The A2G team is seeking an A&P Mechanic (Level II) to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft systems in a FAR Part 91 environment. You will troubleshoot, repair engines, propellers, landing gear, and related avionics, ensuring aircraft are compliant with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Candidates must hold a valid FAA A&P certificate and be able to obtain DoD clearance. Strong diagnostic skills, tool accountability, and willingness to work nights or travel as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recent experience in general aviation.
• Active FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• Must pass background check and be able to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on FAR Part 91 aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft systems and components.
• Repair engines, propellers, landing gear, and flight controls.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
• Document maintenance and inspections accurately.
• Maintain tool accountability and report unserviceable equipment.
• Support safety, housekeeping and environmental standards.
• Occasional travel and night shifts as needed.
• Lead mechanic reports to supervisor.
