Job summary

HeliService USA in Norfolk, Virginia seeks an experienced hoist operator to join our team. You will conduct hoist missions and crew transfers aboard AW169 helicopters, ensuring maintenance readiness for challenging missions in an offshore environment.

Requirements include an A&P certificate, hoist/aircrew experience, annual fit-for-duty physical, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. DOT/FAA compliance and work authorization are also required.

Qualifications

• A&P Certificate required.
• Hoist and/or aircrew experience required.
• Annual fit-for-duty physical required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and periodic inspections, repairs and maintenance of engines and airframes per manufacturer guidance and FAA regulations.
• Handle hoisting operations in various conditions including high hoists and vessel operations.
• Supervise passenger safety in cabin and ensure cargo and equipment are secured within CG limits.
