Job summary

PHI Health in Marion, IN seeks an A&P-licensed mechanic with at least 2 years of experience to maintain our helicopter fleet. The role involves ensuring airworthiness, performing inspections, and coordinating with the Lead Mechanic and AMBS. Candidates must be able to travel frequently and work night shifts when required.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and a schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off. The successful candidate will have strong communication and computer skills and pass

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate daily maintenance or inspection requirements and carry out tasks to maintain airworthiness.
• Notify Lead Mechanic of unusual situations requiring schedule changes or technical assistance.
• Maintain aircraft records and ensure work complies with FAA, manufacturer, and PHI Health requirements.
• Maintain parts inventory and ensure calibration of tools as scheduled.
