LAUNCH is seeking a Flight Control mechanic in Illinois to replace or repair aircraft flight-control components and test engine operation using specialized tools and test equipment. You will follow policies and procedures and be available for all shifts and overtime as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of commercial experience, plus a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Competenze

• 3+ years commercial experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be willing to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Mansioni

• Replace or repair worn, defective, or damaged flight control components using hand tools and testing equipment.
• Test engine operation with ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, and ammeter.
• Ensure compliance with policies, manuals, procedures and requirements.
