LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Lead A&P Mechanics with commercial C&D check experience for an opportunity in Tampa, FL. The role involves maintaining, inspecting, repairing, modifying, and troubleshooting commercial aircraft in compliance with manuals and procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial MRO experience, A&P license, and hands-on experience with 737 and wide-body airframes (A319/A320/A321, 767).

• Minimum 5 years of commercial MRO experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

A&P Mechanics will maintain, inspect, repair, modify, overhaul and troubleshoot commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures and requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must haveminimum 5 yearscommercial MRO experience
• Relevant experience is 737, A319/A320/A321 and 767.
• A&P License Required.
• Must have the minimum tools as required.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.

Additional Requirements

• We are a 24/7 operation, so candidatesmust be willing/ableto work any shifts, includingweekends.
• High school diploma orequivalent required.
• Must have valid DL (Driver’s License)
