Job summary

STS Technical Services is seeking motivated A&P Mechanics in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You will play a vital role in supporting daily aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring all work meets airworthiness standards on various aircraft types.

The role requires a valid FAA A&P License, with competitive pay ranging from $30-$38 hourly based on experience, full-time and part-time positions available, including benefits for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with no history of infractions.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work standing.
• Experience working under an FAA approved Part 145 repair station required.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Station Manager, ensures aircraft are maintained to airworthiness standards.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair aircraft airframes and engines.
• Use precision instruments and equipment to measure parts for wear.
