Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking candidates for a position requiring an Airframe & Power Plant (A & P) License and a minimum of two years experience. The role involves performing maintenance according to FAA data with an emphasis on documentation and organization in a repair station environment.

The ideal candidate will be capable of lifting 50 lbs, maintaining confidentiality of work, and have strong communication skills. Competitive hourly pay rates range from $22.00 to $36.00, plus additional compensation for licenses.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay Rate Range: $22.00 to $36.00
• Additional Hourly Pay Rate: $2.00 per license

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved FAA data.
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed.
• Ensure that all maintenance performed is in an airworthy condition.
• Maintain the premises and repair station in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform additional duties as requested by a supervisor or other management personnel.
• Subject to pre‑employment and periodic DOT regulations for drug and alcohol testing.

Education And Experience

• Must have an Airframe & Power Plant (A & P) License.
• Minimum of two years recent experience utilizing A & P license.
• Large commercial aircraft experience preferred but corporate, general, or military aircraft will be considered.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders, and/or service stands.
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing are required.
• Subject to continual loud noise exposure.

Other Requirements

• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check, verification of credentials, and a urinary pre‑employment drug test per DOT regulations.
