You will work under the Director of Maintenance to troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA rules and company standards to ensure fleet reliability and continuous operation.

The role emphasizes resolving AOG cases, maintaining documentation, and collaborating across maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime and uphold safety.

Qualifications

  • Valid FAA A&P Certificate.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
  • Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience; supervisory exposure preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency: Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
  • Familiarity with Citation X aircraft is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and modify aircraft systems (airframe, powerplant, electrical, avionics).
  • Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determine corrective actions per data.
  • Coordinate with maintenance control and operations to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure actions comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer specs, and procedures.
  • Support in-hangar maintenance and mobile AOG response to maintain uptime.
  • Maintain tools and work environment per safety and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and accountability for assigned aircraft.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization where your technical expertise directly supports safety, efficiency, and operational readiness. Working under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance, you’ll troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft systems in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate ensures fleet reliability, minimize AOG delays, and support 24/7 coverage.



Key Responsibilities


  • P erform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and modifications to aircraft systems, including airframe , powerplant, electrical, and avionics.

  • Diagnose mechanical discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions in accordance with approved data .

  • Coordinate with maintenance control and operations to minimize aircraft downtime and support efficient scheduling .

  • Ensure all maintenance actions comply with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.

  • Support both in-hangar maintenance operations and mobile AOG response to maintain operational continuity.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work environment in accordance with safety and compliance standards.

  • Maintain accurate , complete maintenance records and ensure accountability for assigned aircraft .



Qualifications


  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required).

  • Legally authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

  • Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet navigation).

  • Familiarity with Citation X aircraft (preferred).
