Job summary

AIM in Philadelphia is seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Instructors to join our team and help train the next generation of aviation technicians. You’ll deliver FAA Part 147-aligned curriculum and provide hands-on instruction in classroom and hangar environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, an FAA A&P certificate, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of AMTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in aviation or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach FAA-aligned aircraft maintenance curriculum in classroom and hangar environments.
• Deliver hands-on instruction to students preparing for FAA certification.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
• Support curriculum updates and collaborate with program leadership.
