Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to maintain and ensure safety of our fleet. You will support airframe maintenance, perform inspections, and coordinate with the Lead Technician to deliver high-quality EMS transport services.

Ideal candidates hold an A&P license with turbine helicopter experience, understand FAA regulations, and can work a flexible/on-call schedule. Join a team focused on patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Two years turbine powered helicopter experience.
• Valid A&P license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• FAA regulations knowledge.
• EMS systems and maintenance records experience.
• Flexible schedule including on-call rotations.
• FAA drug/alcohol testing program compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance incl. inspections, repairs; report to Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory; update logs; request replacements; log parts.
• Document service paperwork and FAA info per policy and security rules.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace for AMTs and crew.
• Use proper communication to coordinate between teams and vendors.
• Work professionally with allied health, safety personnel and ops team.
