Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Fort Worth seeks a RS Tech Skills Trainer A&P to deliver classroom and hands-on aircraft maintenance training for technicians in a Part 145 environment. You will coach, mentor, and assess progressive competency while enforcing safety and quality standards.

Must hold an FAA A&P license with at least 5 years in maintenance and training. Will travel up to 25% to support multiple locations on first shift; full-time position based in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED.
• 5+ years related maintenance experience and technical training.
• FAA A&P license is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers classroom and practical aircraft training to technicians.
• Ensure compliance with aircraft safety standards and quality.
• Develops training plans and sets goals aligned with business objectives.
• Support local facility operations and on-the-job training.
• Maintain proper documentation per OJT program and guidelines.
• Provide remedial training and troubleshooting instruction to staff.
