Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish oneself as the technical expert and floor level contact for technicians in training.
• Ensure aircraft safety standards are complied with and promote high safety and quality.
• Guide technicians to ensure proper technical data is used for each task.
• Provide direction on maintenance task sign-offs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain documentation per the facility OJT program and repair station training manual guidelines.
