Our team is seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join us at our service facilities. We have upcoming opportunities at:

• Newburgh, NY
• Sacramento, CA

This role is vital to our operations, with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 (terms & conditions apply).

Responsibilities:

• Perform licensed A&P mechanic work including repairs, maintenance, overhauls, modifications, and troubleshooting on Textron Aviation aircraft.
• Diagnose malfunctions, repair, replace, and reassemble aircraft systems.
• Maintain and repair engine components and accessories.
• Conduct inspections, modifications, and functional checks.
• Maintain accurate technical reports and use various tools for repairs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• A&P License
• Knowledge of Textron Aviation products (Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker)
• Minimum 2 years of experience for Sacramento, 3 years for Newburgh
• Understanding of aircraft systems, blueprints, and specifications
