Our team is always looking for skilled A&P Mechanics to join us. We have future openings at the following service facilities:

• Newburgh, NY
• Sacramento, CA

This role is critical to our mission. We are offering up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Terms & Conditions apply).

What you will do as an A&P Mechanic:

Perform licensed work including repairs, maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and troubleshooting on Textron Aviation aircraft at various outlying facilities. Ensure aircraft performance and safety standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Aircraft Diagnostics & Repairs: Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble aircraft systems for flight and delivery.
• Component Maintenance: Repair or replace engine components and accessories like carburetors, fuel control units, and hydraulic pumps.
• Inspection & Modification: Conduct 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections; modify aircraft systems and structures.
• Functional Checks: Perform engine test runs, instrument tests, preventive maintenance, and rigging/synchronizing throttles.
• Technical Reporting: Maintain accurate logs, inspection reports, and parts identification documents.
• Tool Utilization: Use various tools such as tensiometers, micrometers, and pressure gauges for repairs and modifications.

Requirements for success:

• High school diploma or GED
• A&P License
• Knowledge of Textron Aviation products (Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker)
• Minimum 2 years' experience for Sacramento; minimum 3 years for Newburgh
• Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems, blueprints, specifications, and airframe and engine principles
