Jet Aviation Staffing is recruiting an MRT Aircraft Maintenance Technician II for a client in Southern California. The role requires traveling to customer aircraft to perform maintenance, inspections, and modifications under FAA authority.

The position supports day shifts with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P license, have at least 3 years of corporate jet experience, and be willing to travel up to 75% regionally.

Qualifications

• Must have an FAA‑certificated A&P license (Airframe & Power Plant).
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting corporate jet aircraft.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% within Southern California region, 5% outside).
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, modifications, and service on customer aircraft.
• Travel to customer sites and support maintenance events and technical training.
• Document all work according to data and policy.
• Interact with customers and ensure adherence to FAA and OSHA regulations.
