Pay Rate: $50-$62 per flagged hour (Based on experience)
Pay Type: Flat rate
Pay Schedule: Every two weeks
Earning Potential: Up to $150,000 annually, based on experience, skill level, and production

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in Boulder, CO. This role offers $50-$62 per flagged hour, based on experience and skill level, with earning potential up to $150,000 annually based on production. You'll work Monday-Friday in an air-conditioned, well-equipped independent repair shop focused primarily on Jeep and Subaru vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete factory programming as needed
• Perform heavy-line engine and mechanical repairs
• Manage repairs independently from diagnosis through completion
• Maintain strong productivity while delivering accurate, quality repairs
• Work effectively with the shop team to support efficient workflow

Qualifications

• A-Level automotive repair experience
• Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with factory programming
• Heavy-line repair experience
• Proven ability to complete quality repairs efficiently
• Ability to work independently on advanced repairs
• Experience producing in a flat-rate repair environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $50-$62 per flagged hour, based on experience and skill level
• Flat-rate compensation is based on flagged hours produced rather than hours clocked
