Job summary

The EdNapleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive A-Level Technician for Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to dealer and factory standards while building customer trust through accurate workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician.
• Self-starter, process-driven mindset.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local law.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnosis and needed repairs clearly to non-mechanical customers and staff.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training.
• Keep management informed of repair problems as they arise.
• Maintain an organized and neat service bay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.


• Adequate explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers as required.


• Continuously update technical skills and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.


• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.


• Maintains an organized and neat service bay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an A Level Technician required.


• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is process-driven


• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations


• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
