Job summary

Delta Tire is seeking a Lead Technician/Master Tech to diagnose and repair gas and diesel engines, electrical systems, A/C, transmissions, and suspension/alignments. You’ll work in a fast-paced shop with high standards and mentor junior techs.

A minimum of 7+ years of professional automotive experience, dealer-level tool proficiency, and a strong teamwork mindset are essential; relocation bonus and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
• Proficiency in engine, electrical, A/C, and alignment systems.
• Familiarity with dealer-level software and scan tools across multiple manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment systems.
• Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.
• Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.
• Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire's high standards.
