This role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience and proficiency in electrical, A/C, and alignment systems. Lead Technician / Master Tech – Delta Tire

$45 Hourly

Pay: Highly competitive + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment systems.
• Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.
• Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.
• Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire’s high standards.
