Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a general surgeon for locum tenens assignments in Abilene, TX. The role includes managing bariatric post-op cases in the ED, evaluating and stabilizing complex presentations, and facilitating transfers.

Coverage spans 7-14 days per month in 7-day blocks starting Thursday morning, with call coverage and nationwide support. Full support includes paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing, and access to Weatherby consultants.

Qualifications
