McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, guest service and experience, while directing crew and managers. You will plan staffing, onboarding, performance management and budgeting decisions, ensure food safety to McDonald’s standards, and drive inventory and costs.
