McHire is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, oversee food production, guest service, and daily crew activities, and drive an exceptional guest experience.

You'll plan for success by managing recruiting, onboarding, staffing, training, and performance; and you’ll decide on inventory, budgets, and food costs while maintaining McDonald’s safety standards. This role reports to a franchisee operator and offers extensive benefits.
