Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a hospital-based pathologist for general surgical pathology (breast, GU, head and neck) with a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule. No on-call nights or weekends. Approximately 7,500 surgical and 500 cytology cases annually, with all hematopathology and skin referred to a reference lab. Pre-paid travel/housing and malpractice coverage provided.

Qualifications

• General surgical pathology focus: breast, GU, head and neck.

Responsibilities

• General surgical pathology work with breast, GU, and head & neck specimens.
• No grossing or autopsies.
• Handle hematopath and skin specimens sent to reference lab.
