Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a Surgical Pathologist for a locum-to-perm assignment in Midland, TX. Active call rotation and grossing supervision are required, with roughly 60–65 cases per day across general surgical pathology and non-gyn cytology. Dermpath experience is preferred but not required.

Hospital privileges are expected, with paid malpractice and prepaid travel and housing arrangements. The position supports a long-term commitment with a potential transition to permanent staffing

• Dermatopathology experience preferred but not required.

• Full spectrum general surgical pathology and non-gyn cytology required
• Rare frozens, peripheral smears, and adequacy checks required
• Dermpath experience preferred but not required
• Grossing supervision required
• Long-term commitment sought -- locum to perm opportunity available
