Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a trauma surgeon to cover inpatient and outpatient rounds in Mississippi, with laparoscopic skills for common procedures. Beeper calls require a 30-minute response, and the caseload includes approximately 5 patients per shift with phone consults and admissions.

The assignment involves trauma procedures, ventilation management, chest tube and central line care, and sigmoidoscopy. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, travel and housing, plus 24/7 consultant support.
