Job summary

Global Medical Staffing is seeking a urology physician in Salisbury, MD to cover inpatient and outpatient rounding with expert care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. The role includes robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic procedures, plus rotating holiday coverage.

You will handle beeper calls within 30 minutes and maintain a 1:4 call ratio while seeing multiple patients daily. The assignment includes travel and housing support, with paid malpractice and licensing assistance, and

Qualifications

• General urology skills required — adult, pediatric, and neonate.
• Advanced procedures include robotic surgery, laparoscopic and endoscopic techniques.
• Admissions required — both inpatient and outpatient rounding.

Responsibilities

• Beeper call — 30-minute response time.
• 1:4 call ratio.
• Avg 24 hours: 1–3 phone consults, 1–3 patients seen.
• Admissions for both inpatient and outpatient rounding; coverage for holiday shifts.
