Job summary

Delta Oaks Group seeks an experienced A&E Project Lead to guide and coordinate telecom projects from inception to completion. You will bridge technical design and full project management under a Project Manager, coordinating schedules, resources, and client communications.

You should have a strong technical foundation, be able to lead Designers, and advance toward independent project management with limited supervision. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or an ABET-accredited equivalent.
• ABET or related technical degree acceptable with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating A&E design and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of A&E projects and components.
• Review scope, requirements, schedules, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate Designers and internal resources to support execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tasks, and tracking.
• Monitor progress and communicate concerns to stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced Designers.
• Support budgeting, labor tracking, forecasting, and financial controls.
• Assist PM with documentation, closeout, and lessons learned.
