Job summary

J.A. Brennan Associates, a Seattle-based landscape architecture firm, seeks a marketing coordinator with 2+ years in A/E/C.

You will bridge marketing, design, communications and business development across platforms, tracking leads, developing proposals, and maintaining marketing assets with the leadership team. You will manage lead tracking, work with design staff on graphics, and support awards, conferences, and publications while ensuring timely delivery of materials in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a similar role within a professional services firm (A/E/C).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design or related field.
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication; proficiency in grammar and punctuation.
• Ability to communicate with clients, external contacts and staff at all levels.
• Advanced MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Keen eye for graphic design and compositional quality.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently; manages deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualifications packages and write proposal sections with technical content.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, project summaries, cutsheets, databases.
• Ensure timely production and delivery of proposals and packages.
• Create slide decks and prepare discussion points for interviews/events.
• Collaborate with design staff on marketing materials and graphics.
• Support client development plans, capture planning and Go/No-go decisions.
• Maintain databases, lead tracking, and market research for client relations.
• Assist with awards submissions, conferences, and publications.
• Oversee website content updates and social media communications.
