Job summary

Sedaro in Arlington, VA is seeking a Project Manager to own the day-to-day execution of modeling and simulation software R&D and implementation projects for customers. In-person work in Arlington, VA with eligibility for US security clearance is required.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate with customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires at least two years of project management experience and a strong grasp of federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational, PM, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and manage customer updates across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience with Jira and GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of multiple projects from initiation to close.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Draft and oversee subcontractor SOWs and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Translate customer needs into actionable plans and user stories for engineering teams.
• Manage project and labor budgets, monitor risks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Support agile re-prioritization with customers to reflect changing priorities.
