Job summary

Watlow, a global technology and manufacturing leader, is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Aerospace & Defense. The role is based in St.

Louis, MO onsite and owns end-to-end management of A&D accounts from business case through delivery, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain. You will engage customers, ensure regulatory and contract compliance (AS9100, ITAR, DFARS), build market insights for leadership, and lead cross-functional teams to drive on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense, industrial manufacturing, technical sales, program management, or account management.
• Proven track record developing customer relationships in complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, multi-year program strategies, and go/no-go recommendations with the A&D team.
• Own end-to-end program management for active A&D accounts from order entry to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, ITAR, and DFARS across programs.
