Job summary

Molex is seeking an Operations Manager for our Georgetown, Texas site, guiding manufacturing operations within the Aerospace & Defense Solutions division. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, andPeople development to support site growth and ramp-up.

You will partner across functions to build capabilities, lead production teams, and develop frontline leadership while shaping processes and capacity for current and future business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing or operations experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and developing frontline leaders.
• Experience managing operations within a growing, changing, or complex manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience driving results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Experience partnering across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and other business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development.
• Translate business and site priorities into clear expectations and actions for manufacturing teams.
• Establish operating rhythms and performance measures that drive accountability and consistent execution.
• Identify operational constraints and partner across functions to implement sustainable solutions.
