Ursa Major seeks an executive CISO to own enterprise cybersecurity, information assurance, and risk governance across multi-site facilities. You will lead a high-impact team to secure classified and unclassified programs, aligning with RMF, CMMC Level 2, and defense standards.

You will drive Zero Trust integration, incident response, and board-level risk metrics while partnering with FSO, IT, and manufacturing to protect critical IP and support growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, and secure systems architecture.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (Top Secret required, SCI/SAP eligibility preferred).
• Experience with RMF, JSIG, NISPOM, and defense programs.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute enterprise cybersecurity and information assurance strategy across corporate and classified environments.
• Lead a cybersecurity engineering and compliance team with cross-functional partnership.
• Direct the accreditation of CMMC Level 2 and secure data flow across multi-site operations.
• Collaborate with FSO on DCSA reviews, audits, and third-party assessments.
• Establish cyber risk governance for executive leadership and Board.
