Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to build and lead a modern, engineering-driven security organization. Reporting to the CIO, you will own Anduril’s security posture end-to-end across InfoSec, IT, and Cyber Compliance, and partner with the CSO to fuse cyber, physical, and human protections.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in information security, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Experience as a CISO or senior cybersecurity leader in technology or defense, or senior cyber leadership in military/intelligence.
• Deep technical expertise across network security, application security, security operations, incident response, IAM, and cloud security.
• Demonstrated success building, leading, and mentoring cross-functional security and IT teams.
• Strong understanding of government cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements (NIST 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP, FISMA, DFARS).
• Currently possess or eligible to obtain active U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an information security strategy covering networks, data, and IP.
• Lead a unified information security organization across multiple domains.
• Partner with the CIO to enable scale through core engineering functions.
• Collaborate with the CSO to fuse cyber, physical, and human protections.
• Drive threat detection, investigation, and incident response at speed.
• Own cyber risk management with actionable intelligence for leadership.
• Ensure global cybersecurity compliance with applicable frameworks and DoD requirements.
