Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional automotive shop repair experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic diagnostic abilities.
• Experience performing brake, suspension, steering, cooling system and exhaust repairs.
• Comfortable using automotive diagnostic equipment and shop management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience in dealership or independent repair shop environments welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive diagnostics including check engine light diagnostics.
• Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, brake, cooling and exhaust concerns.
• Perform minor welding and tire service.
• Document inspections and repair orders using the shop's management software.
• Manage repairs from diagnosis through completion while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Communicate repair recommendations with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
