Job summary

Jesse's Garage in Fort Myers, FL seeks experienced automotive technicians at A-Level and B-Level. A-Level earns $40–$55 per flat rate hour plus production bonus, with OTE $145,000–$160,000; B-Level earns $25–$35/hour base, up to $40/hour for top performers, and $85,000–$110,000+ annually.

The shop operates Monday–Saturday, offering consistent workflow, insurance options, PTO, and 401(k) with employer match. Opportunities to advance exist in a busy, high-volume repair environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicle systems.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume shop.
• Positive, team-oriented approach; productivity and quality focus.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns using sound mechanical and diagnostic practices.
• Perform brake, steering, suspension, drivability, and general mechanical repairs.
• Complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality, accuracy, or workmanship.
• A-Level Technicians are expected to produce 40+ flagged hours per week.
• B-Level Technicians are expected to reliably produce 45+ flagged hours per week.
• Work independently while contributing to a team-focused, high-volume repair environment.
