Job summary

Park Place, part of Asbury Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles and to provide exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes safety, tool proficiency, and adherence to standards, with ongoing training and opportunities to advance within a large automotive retailer network.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications heavily preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred.
• Must have basic tools.
• Excellent mechanical and technical skills.
• Team player with the ability to handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle and document all work performed.
• Perform general repairs and diagnosis per manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate with the service advisor when additional work is needed or repairs cannot be completed as promised.
• Maintain technician proficiency as per Asbury standards and CSI goals.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current with new technology.
• Ensure vehicles are returned clean and complete work notations and timekeeping.
